Transcript Request Information
Any current or former student of GGBTS can request a transcript. A transcript can be released only upon the signed request of the student or former student. This request can be submitted in one of two ways:

Mail or fax a written request with the information below:
Your current full legal name, plus your name at the time of your enrollment (if different).
Social Security number or student ID number.
Current address and telephone number.
Dates of attendance. If degree was earned, degree and date of graduation.
If the transcript is going to a third party, the name and address or fax number where the transcript is to be mailed or faxed.
The number of copies needed.
Payment for transcript fee. See below for payment options.
SIGNATURE (requests without a signature will not be processed).
Please note the following important information:
The first transcript is free. After this initial copy, the fee is $10 per official copy and $5 per unofficial or faxed copy.
24-Hour service is $25 and must be visibly notated on the request.
Processing time is five business days, with the exception of registration and graduation periods. There is the possibility of delay during these times.
Official transcripts can only be mailed. Faxed transcripts are unofficial.
Payment for transcripts:
by check, made payable to Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary
by Visa or MasterCard (include the name as it appears on the card, the number, the expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card)
