Any current or former student of GGBTS can request a transcript. A transcript can be released only upon the signed request of the student or former student. To submit a request:

Please note the following important information
- The first transcript ever requested is free. After this initial copy, the fee is $10 per official copy and $5 per unofficial or faxed copy.
- Express Mail is provided only for US delivery addresses, at extra cost to applicant.
- Processing time is five business days, with the exception of registration and graduation periods. There is the possibility of delay during these times.
- Official transcripts can only be mailed. Faxed transcripts are unofficial.
Payment for transcripts:
- by check or money order made payable to Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary
- by Visa or MasterCard (include the name of the card holder as it appears on the card, the number, the expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card)
- Please do not send cash.
