Practical ministry experience is a distinct advantage for students while pursuing quality theological training at the Pacific Northwest Campus. The Northwest is still a vast mission field with great unchurched areas and people.

Half of the current students at the Pacific Northwest Campus are full-time pastors in churches in Washington and Oregon. Most others are in part-time and full-time staff positions throughout churches in the Northwest, serving as associate pastors, youth ministers, or ministers of music. Several of the students serve in Baptist campus ministries in the Northwest.

The campus is staffed by a director, an administrative assistant, and two full-time faculty.
